I am here to help!

I may never have become a raw food chef or studied Natural Hygiene, if I hadn’t had my own health crises to overcome.  After I came up against all that the medical establishment had to offer, it felt like I was stumbling around in the dark trying to figure out how I was going to rebuild my health and continue living.

Because I was told there was nothing that could be done for rheumatoid arthritis, eating disorders, migraine headaches and a host of other ailments I was suffering from, I began a very special Spiritual journey which included a lot of study.  I learned the truth about real Nutrition and was flabbergasted at how much I didn’t know.  But once I learned what I should be eating, how much and how often, I was crest-fallen because I knew there was no way I could eat all those raw fruits and vegetables every day.  There simply wasn’t enough time or money to eat all that.  Or so I thought.

Then I made the decision to attend Living Light Culinary Institute in Fort Bragg, California.  The culinary skills I gained while training under Cherie Soria was exactly what I needed to make possible what was formerly impossible.  I learned how to eat.  For the first time in my life I could see myself actually caring for myself properly.  I could finally eat enough of the right foods to satiate my appetite all day, every day.  And with that change, came all the changes.  I no longer have any kind of eating disorder.  I have made a complete recovery from my rheumatoid arthritis.  I no longer get migraine headaches.  I rest fully at night and I have plenty of energy during the day.  But more importantly, I have the ability and the commitment to teach others to follow their own journey toward health and happiness.

Faithful Palate Boot Camp is my Flagship group program. This is a 12-month commitment where we learn the truth about nutrition and what that means we have to do to take care of ourselves. We break that down into 7 specific habits that we not only learn about, but also practice and teach to the point of mastery. This program will give you the skills and the confidence to handle nutritious eating and self-care under any circumstance, including hunger & temptation, family pressure and travel inconvenience. At the end of the program, you will be prepared to take good care of yourself so that you will have the best chances for exquisite health.

Through regular private meetings, I’ll help you set goals, give you advice and support, and keep you motivated, regardless of where you are in your journey. We’ll set goals and develop a plan that works to get you where you want to go. Terms and length of the program will vary depending on your goals, but typically I work in year-long increments. To get started, we’ll schedule a 30-minute strategy session to formulate a successful plan.
